“Project management & Design consultancy for Signage works” The PMC division of Multi-Cool Technical services is headed by our Business Manager Shajahan Kunju , who is a PMP certified project manager with extensive project management experience both as a client representative and contractor.

Since July 2015 till December 2021, Shajahan has worked as a Projects Manager for Al Futtiam Group real-estate in a senior manager capacity for the development of shopping Malls in Middle East, Automotive real estate projects in UAE, and residential & commercial properties in UAE. Prior to joining with Al Futtiam, shajahan was a project manager for United masters (an offshoot of Engineering Contracting Company) for 5 and half years.
