WHO WE ARE

Since its inception in the year 2011, Multi-cool Technical Services LLC is successfully serving the diversified sectors of building construction industry in the UAE, till date. Our journey has started by providing MEP services (Mechanical, Electrical & plumbing) to building construction related to Commercial, residential and industrial buildings.

Soon after the year 2013, we began to undertake civil construction works, fit out and joinery works along with the MEP works and completed all of our projects successfully as of date and continuing our successful journey with our satisfied clients.

Currently we are capable to offer “design & build” services for projects of up to AED 12 M Value in fit out, joinery and MEP works. We are able to provide the most innovative designs while ensuring its cost effectiveness through value engineering and eco-friendly solutions for its clients while upholding our commitment to quality and on time project delivery as per stakeholder’s requirements. We are always mindful of “scope, quality, cost and time” of all projects that are undertaken by us.

In the year 2018, onwards we started working in solar PV systems in the renewable energy resources sector in addition to civil, MEP, Fit-out and joinery works. We are well aware of DEWA-DRRG (Distributed renewable resources generation)-Solar PV rules and regulations. We as a company is fully compliant to all statutory regulations that are necessary for conducting our business smoothly and effectively.

Now in this year of 2022, we are proudly introducing our new division “Project management & Design consultancy for Signage works” This will be our PMC division with the objective of assisting our reputed clients for selecting, finalizing and completing their all kinds of Signage needs (both digital and static). Our vision is to rapidly grow as a unique and multi-cultural company with skilled personnel working as a winning team, who are capable to deal the needs of the diversified sectors of construction industry consists of civil works, Fit-out, Interior and joinery, MEP works, projects related to the utilization of renewable energy resources and PMC for projects in UAE and Middle East within next 5 years from 2022.

We are committed to fully comply with existing regulatory laws, industry standards and customer expectations regarding the safety and security of the property in which woks are carried out. We bring awareness to all our employees regarding the importance of maintaining a safe and pollution free environment. We educate our employees for safeguarding the environment and keeping the work equipment’s and tools in good and safe condition. We always strive to prevent any incidents, occupational illness or exposures which could cause harm to people and damage to properties by thoroughly teaching our employees regarding safe working practices and we maintain emergency plans to reduce risks and adverse effects. We can submit our detailed HSE policy which is tailored to the requirements of projects upon project start.
